Parking and Addresses

The majority of the conference will be held on-campus, in the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation

Guests are allowed to park on campus with a permit. 
If you plan to park on campus, all guests must reserve a parking permit to avoid a parking ticket.

Campus Travel Accommodations

Lunch on Day 2 will be served across campus in one of our dining halls, "Penland Crossroads". For those who need an accommodation, a golf cart will be available to help guests get to the lunch location.

All session one Poster Presenters will have the option of being taken via golf cart to the conference venue. 
Poster Presentations will be held in the Mark & Paula Hurd Welcome Center

Weather

Please be aware that Waco, TX, like many places right now, is under a heat advisory. Please check out the weather to plan ahead and drink lots of water. There will be coffee, tea, and water available at the conference, and a drink will be provided with your meal.
